cornish game hen

  1. Seasoning
    Mix 1 tablespoon of garlic and 2 tablespoon of rosemary in a stick of butter

    put a bed of potatoes at the bottom of the pan, put the cornish hen on top, and put in the oven for 90 minutes. let stand for 15-30 minutes.
